DOES ANYBODY CARE?
by Henry Lamb
FULTON'S COMMENTARY ON THIS ARTICLE: |
Property rights are the practical means of implementing your right to life and liberty. Property rights ensure that you have the right to control the use and disposal of those intellectual and material values you have earned to sustain your life. Without property rights, all other rights become meaningless, including the right to life and liberty.
In America, property rights have been eroding for decades. They have been under attack by all levels of government, with some of the worst offenses coming at the hands of state and local governments. Property seizures, without due process, are escalating to new highs with each passing year. We have now even sunk to the low of imprisoning individuals for the "crime" of using their property as they see fit.
Henry Lamb chronicles the story of two individuals who have suffered hell at the hands of statist monsters. If you think you are immune from imprisonment for your using your property as you see fit, you had better think again. It could happen to you.
